Job Description: Position : Customer Care Executive (Female Freshers & Experienced Only)
Freshers Stipend 10k Duration 6 month hence promoted as CCE WITH 18K Salary + Incentives )Experienced 6 Months Minimum Salary 18k + Incentives
Ensure Cross selling of product as per the target in the Branch through TELE-CALLING 100-150 Calls
Lead Generation for cross sell product at Branch and ensure the conversion Through Tele-calling
Coordinate with different product managers for closure.
Supervising day-to-day operations the customer service department.
Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner.
Creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
The MIS report to RO and ensure the targets are met .
Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
Maintaining accurate records and documenting all
customer service activities and discussions.
Assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports on your findings.
Hiring and training new customer care Executive
Staying informed on the latest industry techniques and methods. Requirement:
Bachelors degree
A minimum of Freshers or 06 Months -2 years of proven experience in a customer service position in BFSI, Banking Sales.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

Any Graduate Male or Female (Fresher) Recently passed 2020 to 2023 from Regular college Should be Good Communication Skills and Presentable
