Role: Customer Experience Specialist

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Responsibilities:

  • You will have the responsibility of taking complete ownership in sorting out the queries of the prospective /existing investors so that he/she can invest /continue to be on our platform with no doubts/queries left in his mind.
  • You will play a key role in shaping the perception of customers about ET Money and help them invest from our platform

Skill Set Required:

  • You must have effective written and oral communication skills
  • You must have strong knowledge of MF products
  • You need to have good coordination skills and ability to work with different teams
  • You must have 1+ years of experience in MF industry
  • You must be NISM certified
