Job Description

  • Identify and Evaluate Strategic Alliances: Leverage market insights and industry knowledge to identify potential alliances that align with Knowledgehut’s growth objectives.
  • Geographically Diverse Partnership Management: Manage partnerships across various geographical regions, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment of goals.
  • Partner Business Plan (PBP) Development: Create comprehensive Partner Business Plans that outline joint priorities, including partner customer pipeline, joint marketing initiatives, and enablement strategies for Knowledgehut courses.
  • Segmentation Strategy: Implement a clear segmentation plan for different partner types, such as System Integrators (SI), Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), Independent Software Vendors (ISV), resellers, and academic institutions, to ensure a diverse and robust partner pipeline.
  •  Drive Business Performance: Set and achieve business goals with partners, focusing on ‘sell with’ and ‘sell through’ strategies. Lead discussions to build partner pipeline and collaborate with partner sellers.
  •  Executive Engagement: Establish and maintain regular executive engagement sessions between partner CXOs and Knowledgehut Leadership Team members to review and drive business performance.
  •  Partner Seller Incentive Plan: Develop and implement an effective incentive plan to motivate partner sellers and drive their mindshare towards Knowledgehut. Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with partner CXOs to drive mutual success and ensure alignment of objectives.  Partnership Evaluation and Replacement: Continuously assess partnership performance and make informed decisions to replace or adjust partnerships that are not delivering expected outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with internal Knowledgehut teams and external partner organizations to enable effective business operations and growth.
