Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Marketing & Business Development strategies for the Sourcing in commercial real estate transactions. The position is also responsible for liaising with local realtors and building great networking relationships with commercial real estate brokers in and around Bangalore.

Key Roles and Responsibility:
  • Responsible for sourcing in and commercial land and Joint venture transactions.
  • Building a network of local realtors through different marketing strategies like Cold calling, emailing & posting adds on multiple portals and on field meetings.
  • Generate new revenue by marketing the leasing services and commercial real estate fractional investment opportunities.
  • Identity potential available commercial lands for joint venture deals.
  • Identify potential commercial office buildings available for acquisition by conduction field inspections.
  • Handle Enquiries received from realtors for buying, leasing and selling of commercial real estate transactions.
  • Forecast and track key business development metrics (e.g., weekly reporting of pipeline development and progress, quarterly sales results, and annual forecasts)
  • Travel across the city on timely basis in order to meet prospective Brokers and identify their needs while visiting their offices and present the organizations ideas and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for coordinating transaction closing activities.

 

Preferred Candidate profile:
  • Any Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA in marketing preferred)
  • Strong proven Business Development and Sales Skill
  • Excellent interpersonal Skills and negotiation skills
  • Existing local realtor network will be a plus but not mandatory.
