Accenture Mobility within Corporate Services & Sustainability runs one of the world”s largest corporate travel programs covering business travel, assignments and events across 120 countries. We provide a world-class service that allows our travellers to focus on what matters most.
The Mobility Supplier Relationship Lead role will focus on managing the delivery of Supplier services within Mobility and Travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and sustain long-standing trusting relationships with Mobility key suppliers, monitor suppliers” performance ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and corporate policies. Develop, update, and maintain compliance plans, documents, and artefacts
- Establish standards by which to assess the performance of approved Mobility and Travel suppliers
- Evaluate current supplier management programs and identify ways to improve them
- Define measures to develop supplier relationships to be more collaborative, innovative, and mutually beneficial
- Create, maintain, and develop strategic client relationships
- Manage strategic supplier”s capabilities, business requirements, overall performance and continually identify cost and services improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with the Mobility Contract Management team in finalizing cohesive contracting documents, identifying potential risks and provide recommendations/solutions
- Manage the identification and analysis of insights that define the impact of the work and effectiveness of the supplier relationships
- Implement, promote, and manage compliance of policies and best practices
- Establish a governance structure to facilitate proactive management of operational and commercial issues
- Mitigate and escalate issues in a timely and efficient manner * Job QualificationsQualifications: Skills and Experience:
- Supplier Management Experience
- Contract / Procurement Management
- Strong knowledge of Travel and Mobility vendor supply chain
- Management of supplier relationships
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze complex situations and propose effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a matrixed and globally dispersed environment
