Job Description

Role Institutional sales through architects, builders, Consultants, managing a team, tapping new project orders. Business Development, key account management.

  • Prospect project opportunities all over North Region
  • Manage strategic alliances/business partnerships through builders, architect and color consultants in order to achieve maximum project reach and maximum word of mouth suggestion for our Brand.
  • Train and develop sales teams to achieve objectives.

 

Prof. Qualification Graduate (any discipline, preferably Science) + MBA (Mktg.) Pref

Job Experience 7 – 10 yrs experience in project sales preferable from the paints trade, building materials.

Age Profile – 30 – 35 yrs

Personality traits

a) Dynamic, Objective, Achievement oriented having

sound managerial capability.

b) Customer friendly, Good in interpersonal relationship

c) Sound analytical skill and a Team Player

d) Should have excellent communication skills
